Me and mom went to a Michael’s today. I was particularly looking for miniature stuff. I didn’t find much in the way of 1:6 scale things. There was a cool koi pond which I got. I think it’ll be useful as a miniature! I found some Book Nook kits as well as miniature scene/room kits. I got 2 Book Nooks which I currently don’t have room for on my bookshelves, but I’ll make it happen 😬

I found an amigurumi kit for a lil Audrey Hepburn doll! Y’all, I don’t know how to knit 😆 All the knitters I know say it’s something they mindlessly do while watching tv or whatever. I dunno. Might get a knitty friend to do it for me. It’s so cute though, it’ll go with the Audrey art I got last week and there’s an Audrey Barbie I’m looking at. I almost bought her during my Barbie rampage back in December, don’t know why I didn’t. I love her, I could only dream of being so pretty and classy.

I’m going to lunch and thrifting with a friend tomorrow. I haven’t seen her in a while! Then I’m going to stay the night with mom, who is coincidentally her neighbour lol. I made friends with her years ago when I lived there.

I canceled my cable a few days ago. Suddenly my internet is being throttled. Funny how that didn’t happen before…😑

So, Pippi got her talons clipped yesterday. They did not clip them enough. I did this because she has been attacking me for about a week, it came out of nowhere. Of course I get bitten and scratched, that’s what kittens do. But this….is like having a cactus on my lap. She gets on my lap and stabs me all over my thighs! That’s a tender area!  🙁 She’s also finding sneaky ways of getting to places I don’t want her being. There has to be a way to correct her behaviour 😑 I’m mostly worried she’ll reach the “sentimental shelf” that’s got a space dedicated to the cat I’d had since I was 15, and he passed in 2016. 16 years old. His name was Lengoe Hideki, or if we’re being proper, Mister Hideki. I mostly called him “buddy”, as I have a habit of doing with animals. Anyways, his ashes and some special things sit around it. I don’t want those things getting knocked off and damaged. There’s other sentimental stuff like my old as hell but still in great condition Beanie Babies. All cats, of course. Unfortunately she now has some access to it. She knocked my Cernunnos statue off and pulled another thing down. This was all after she attacked my legs. I just now realised she could reach this stuff. I’m reconsidering letting her out in the living room at night. I was going to close my door and not put her in the laundry room while I’m asleep. Now, I don’t think that’s a great idea. Should I get a clicker? Water spray bottle? Apple Bitter spray? TIN FOIL ON EVERYTHING!? UGH

Edit: I tin foiled everything. We’ll see if it works….

I heard it rustling just now, but she hasn’t been up there again.

Anyways…since I posted that one, here’s what I got from Michael’s.

Edit again: I keep hearing rustling foil but I don’t think she’s going to get past it for now. Don’t think she likes it much. I must reinforce. She’s stayed away from the chair so far 😮‍💨
