I thought I’d check out China King to see how bad it is. Me and mom just went in the out door to escape the “you must pay before entering” guy inside the other door. Sneaky, I know. We looked at the buffet and they changed just about everything. My favourite things are all gone. My buttery potatoes, the fucking CRAB RANGOON WTF, and I didn’t look for Hawaiian Chicken but it’s probably gone too. I think they also got rid of the mandarin orange marshmallow pineapple dessert that is my favourite. I really don’t understand why new management tries to fix things that aren’t at all broken. Bunch of fucking muppets. And honestly, crab Rangoon?! That’s a staple of any Chinese buffet! What the hell are they thinking?? 🤨 I’ll probably never go there again unless I’m really wanting egg drop soup or something….unless they got rid of that as well 😑 I hope they realise they made a poor decision. The people in line to get in were wtf-ing. They didn’t know what happened. Should’ve warned them like the lady warned us. I know I’m writing way too much about this but change causes me great distress, this is a place I frequent and it might as well have been torn down. I need to find a new Chinese buffet and scope it out. There’s probably some in the towns adjacent to us. The one I know of in Hickory is…kinda lame. Tbe actual buffet part is not that big. The only good thing there is egg drop soup and their enormous sushi bar which costs extra. Of course I won’t eat 98% of what’s on it, but there are a couple of things. No nigirizushi last time I was there, though. I’m not sure where to look. Thanks, China King! Ya bag of dicks!
