Can’t breathe right, so here I am to write…something 😆 The wacky breathing has been really bad for three days in a row now. Also, the incessant yawning is not helping. I think that’s what is triggering these episodes. It’s so annoying because I have the overwhelming urge to yawn and most of the yawns don’t “complete” which is super uncomfortable. I don’t understand why this yawning fit has been going on for two or three days. It’s never lasted that long. I’m not usually tired when it happens. Most of the time, I’m out and about or totally awake watching tv, but it persists regardless. It’s been roughly two months since the wacky breathing started, and I can’t see any reason that it’s gonna stop anytime soon. It sucks to be trying to eat dinner and breathing heavy at the same time 😅 I’ve prayed about it. I’m also going to my doctor soon and taking up all these issues with her. I have an appointment at the digestive health place next week, I think. I’m going there to get my swallowing problem checked out. My doctor says they might stretch my…esophagus? I think that’s what they stretch out but I’m not 100% sure. It’s probably that. I know my nanny had that done several times when she was in the old folks home. Karen told me one of her other clients has to have his stretched sometimes. I asked her to text him and ask if it’s painful afterwards and he said it’s not. I think they knock you out entirely to do that procedure. Fine with me lol. I’ve been under anaesthesia maaany times and it doesn’t bother me at all. I have to be knocked out to have a freaking MRI because of claustrophobia. I also can’t control my breathing so it’s just easier to be knocked out. As long as they don’t use contrast dye. I always ask about that before being administered anaesthesia. I have an allergic reaction to it called Malignant Hyperthermia and it is not pleasant in the least.
Ugh what else is there to say….oh yeah, why is hardly anyone talking about India and Pakistan?? That’s bizarre. They’re in a ceasefire now for 30 days thanks to our negotiating. I don’t understand why Kashmir is so important to both sides, is it very oil rich or something? Religious or cultural significance? Or is it just a neighbourly property dispute? 🤨 Always wondered but never asked about it. I have way too many questions to remember to ask them all. My head is full of “why’s”. Anyways.
I’m glad tomorrow is Sunday. That’s the day I go to the parents for dinner and sit on the couch and watch YouTube videos with dad. It’s one of my favourite things. I don’t feel I get to spend enough time there (about three hours 5-8pm) because it doesn’t seem that long to me.
My Blu Ray player is hooked up. I didn’t know that I had to switch regions manually when watching something other than region 1 or zone A. That oughta be confusing 😆 I know the UK is region 2 but I don’t know the others and I don’t know what zone blu rays from the UK are. I think Blu rays are Zones A, B and C. There’s only three, a lot less than the number of DVD regions. Guess I need to read the paper that came with it. 😬
I’m proud of myself for not getting McDonalds again for dinner. I got quesadillas from the Mexican place I frequent instead. It’s probably got its fair share of calories and grease, but whatever 🫠
