I have an ollld drawing I’m going to test my markers on as a way to ease back into drawing.
I was with my peer support Kim today (the one that drives me nuts sometimes lol) and we called the Enola artist group because we hadn’t heard back from them after sending them the psychiatric evaluation. I guess she didn’t know she was on speakerphone because she straight up said “she’s not SUITABLE for our program”. It made me feel really crappy. It’s like she was talking about a beat up old car or something and not a person. Suitable. I fit in SUITABLY the last time I was there. She actually said my other mental health problems outweighed my autism!! I really don’t think she would have said that if she knew I could hear her.
